This SUV was lacking heavily in bass department, so we built a custom enclosure w/ Matte metallic copper and Brushed aluminum trim that held a pair of JL Audio 10TW3 drivers, running off a JL Audio RD500/1 amplifier that was integrated into the factory radio w/ an Audiocontrol LC2I. The entire enclosure is fully hidden under a false floor cover we built w/ a steel mesh insert to allow the sound to flow better! Lastly a brushed aluminum volume dial was mounted up front to control the new subs! This Discovery now has more than enough bass to keep up with the rest of the system!
